Proposals shall be addressed to Dr. Susan K. Bohn, Superintendent, at the above address. Provide (1) original, (3) copies, and (1) copy on a flash drive. Digital copies of the above documents may be obtained from VLK Architects, Inc. and the Owner's website according to the Instructions to Proposers. Any proposer may withdraw his proposal, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled time for opening proposals. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of 45 days after the date set for opening thereof, and any proposal shall be subject to acceptance by the Owner during this period. Proposal Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal sum must accompany each proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality in connection therewith. Within 45 days after the opening of the sealed proposals, the Owner will evaluate and rank each proposal submitted in relation to the selection criteria set forth below. The Owner will select the proposal that offers the best value to the Owner based on the selection criteria and on the ranking evaluation; price alone shall not be determinative. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
