Renovation of a municipal facility in Pipersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by the anti-collusion and workmen compensation affidavits, and a bid bond, issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Township. This project is subject to the regulations of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act 442) as amended. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory insurance, Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds (if specified in the bid documents) with a corporate surety approved by the Township. Award of contract, if a contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
