1) A/C Upgrade at Beaumont Elementary School and 2) A/C Upgrade at Valley Forge Elementary School. Both projects consist of providing and installing new mechanical equipment in various locations at each school for air conditioning of the existing buildings. Mechanical Construction contract includes new condensing units for existing unit ventilators, new roof top units with ductwork, new mini-split systems, new bi-polar ionization units for installation in new and existing HVAC equipment, and new HVAC web-based control systems. Electrical Construction contract includes new electrical service upgrade with new MDP, new power distribution for new electrical panels, branch circuit power for all new HVAC systems and modification to fire alarm systems.
