Radnor Township is soliciting bids for the removal and pruning of various trees and grinding of stumps along the Radnor Trail. Radnor Township reserves the right to add or delete portions of work based on budgetary constraints. The award date for this project is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2024. The project must be completed no later than 30 days after notice to proceed. The Township will not accept bids from any firm/corporation that are currently in litigation with the Township. This is a prevailing wage project. In the event of a delay to the project completion terms as per the Schedule for which Contractor is solely responsible, Contractor shall pay Liquidated Damages to Radnor Township at a rate of $880 per day of delay for every day beyond the 30 days for allowed for project completion.
