The surface of Economy Lot rows 42M to 44M is in poor condition and often floods, making it unusable for parking customers. Sections 42M through 42A are gravel. Grading, paving, striping, drainage and replacement of bus shelters is required. These sections are located in the middle of the lot, so construction will require coordination and phasing.
