Site work for a water / sewer project in Coggon, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of CIPP lining existing sanitary sewer mains, cementitious mortar lining of existing manholes, installing new manhole castings and chimney seals. The work under the contract shall commence on or before the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed following approval of the contract and bond, and shall be substantial complete by January 10, 2020 and fully complete by January 31, 2020. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
