For RFP Design - Water Resource Center Exhibit Area Update Design, Fabrication, and Installation Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire Design, fabrication, and installation services for an update to exhibits within The Spokane County Water Resource Center exhibit area. Spokane County Environmental Services seeks a proposal for a multi-phase project for visitor and interpretive center exhibit design, fabrication, and installation services. The first phase of the project is design of new exhibits for the Spokane County Water Resources Center (WRC) and a plan to integrate the new exhibits into the existing exhibition space in a phased approach. The second phase of the project is to fabricate and install new exhibits into the WRC, and the third phase of the project is to design, fabricate and install exhibits in a new, yet to be built, interpretative center associated with a wetland restoration project. We are seeking a cost proposal for phase 1. The scope and budget for phases II and III are dependent on phase I designs and design of the new interpretive center and will be negotiated at the appropriate time.
