**As of February 27, 2020, project has been awarded to Scarsella Bros. Inc. with a total amount for $3,354,889.75. Anticipated start date will be in mid of May and will be completed by end of October 2020. Improvement of Bigelow Gulch/Forker Road in Section 26, Township 26 N, Range 44 E.W.M. by clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, rock excavation, embankment compaction, culvert and storm sewer pipe, catch basins, slope treatment, crushed surfacing, cement treated base, HMA, silt fence, topsoil, plantings, extruded curb, guardrail, pavement markings, signing, traffic control, fencing, stream mitigation, and other work, County reserves the right to reject any or all bids All Question must be received by 5.00 pm Thursday prior to the bid opening for response. Question must be submitted by tschwab@spokanecounty.org Attn: Tim Schwab. Question will be responded in an addendum. No Bid may be considered for public works unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bind, caas, cashier checkin the amount of 5%.
