For RFP Design - Water Resource Center Exhibit Area Update Design, Fabrication, and Installation Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire Design, fabrication, and installation services for an update to exhibits within The Spokane County Water Resource Center exhibit area. Spokane County Environmental Services seeks a proposal for a multi-phase project for visitor and interpretive center exhibit design, fabrication, and installation services. The first phase of the project is design of new exhibits for the Spokane County Water Resources Center (WRC) and a plan to integrate the new exhibits into the existing exhibition space in a phased approach. The second phase of the project is to fabricate and install new exhibits into the WRC, and the third phase of the project is to design, fabricate and install exhibits in a new, yet to be built, interpretative center associated with a wetland restoration project. We are seeking a cost proposal for phase 1. The scope and budget for phases II and III are dependent on phase I designs and design of the new interpretive center and will be negotiated at the appropriate time. The Board hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. Questions regarding the bid process shall be submitted electronically.
