Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government. To better serve you, please notify us at least three business days in advance when possible at 515-283-4209, should special accommodations be required. The improvement includes installation of steel sheet pile and placement of Class B revetment; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File Nos. 612-196/199, located at Simon Estes Amphitheatre, Des Moines, Iowa. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed. This project shall be fully completed not later than March 1, 2020. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The bidder should not include sales tax in the bid. A sales tax exemption certificate will be available for all material purchased for incorporation in the project.
