Project consists of the construction of a new "virtual room" for the Town of Palm Beach Police Department within the Town of Palm Beach Fire station located at 2185 Ocean Drive, Palm Beach Florida. Specific aspects of the project include but are not limited to construction of a new full height dividing wall within an existing fire station bay comprised of pre-engineered metal (cold form) stud framing with plywood and gypsum wall board siding. Project also includes the construction of an exterior masonry wall to replace an existing roll up bay door, Installation of salvaged door siding, construction of a new exterior concrete slab, relocation of an exterior louver with associated concrete and masonry work, provision of new interior doors and door frames, associated electrical work, new air conditioning system in new "virtual room", indicated floor finishes, room painting, associated demolition and site cleanup as required to complete this project.
