Site work for a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The State of Wyoming Department of Administration and Information (A&I) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for Professional Engineering services for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTME1527-13 to be performed at project sites throughout Wyoming funded by the Wyoming Business Council (WBC) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) State program. Individuals or Firms who are also qualified to perform Phase II ESA's according to ASTM E1903-11, should those be required, should clearly indicate this on their SOQ. Individuals or Firms who are not so-qualified will not be excluded or disqualified from consideration under this RFQ. Must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. The agreements to be used with this commission will be the Professional Services Agreement - Federal Funds. This Agreement is not a professional society standard agreement. As of September 30, 2019, The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
