The Wyoming Military Department (WYMD) is requesting bids for maintenance, replacement and as- needed repairs of 118 ea. overhead doors (refer to Bid Attachment A for a complete listing of doors) at various facilities located throughout Camp Guernsey: Cantonment, North, and South Training areas. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. All questions pertaining to this bid must be submitted no later than March 11, 2020 by 2:00 p.m. on the Public Purchase online bidding system. Questions will be answered via Addendum on Public Purchase no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 18, 2020. Contract Period: Upon effective date of written contract through June 30, 2021. This bid, or subsequent contract, may, with the mutual approval of the awarded bidder(s) and the WYMD, be extended two (2) times for one (1) year periods. The WYMD reserves the right to make multiple or no bid awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the State.
