Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the installation of a storm sewer relief system as well as the storage of inland stormwater runoff with two stormwater detention basins (conventional dry detention basin or naturalized wet pond), one in each residential area. The scope of work also involves the full reconstruction of the affected streets along with the renewal of sidewalk and existing water and sewer systems. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Construction will be phased. Tender and construction timelines to be finalized pending funding approvals and Owner's decision to proceed. Project may be followed once approved to bid. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time.
