The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Plumbing: - Contractor to provide all labour and material to install a system of condensate drainage as indicated on drawings including all piping, hangers, supports and accessories. .2 Refrigeration: - Contractor to provide all labour and material to remove existing refrigeration system as indicated on drawings. Contractor to provide all labour and material to install a new variable refrigerant flow system as shown on floor plan and described within all stated codes and standards. .3 Ventilation: - Contractor to provide all labour and material to remove the existing ventilation system complete in ceiling space as indicated on drawings. Contractor to provide labour and material to install a new sytem of preheated outside fresh air complete with new ERV unit, electric heating coil and supply ductwork and return plenum as indicated on drawings. .4 Controls: - Contractor to provide all labour and material to provide controls for new ERV unit by existing BMS as indicated on drawings. Provide control interface between the BAS and new VFR system controls interface as required to provide control of the system as described on the drawings. Contractor to provide all labour and material to remove and reinstall all ceiling components necessary to remove existing system. - Contractor to provide all labour and material to remove and reinstall all ceiling components necessary to remove existing system as indicated on the drawings.
