Renovation of a residential development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition: all demolition work related to existing mechanical systems as noted on the drawings including, but not limited to, the removal of an existing heat recovery unit, and of existing ductwork. All existing and new mechanical system modifications will need to take place on the rooftop of a ten (10) storey building, crane will be required. .2 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) work consists of the temporary disconnection of ventilation, controls, natural gas and electrical services and removal of an existing air handling unit. Following this, a new replacement unit will be provided and installed, and all previous mechanical, controls and electrical services shall be reconnected c/w all accessories. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
