Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will widen SW Walker Road, between 173rd and 185th avenues, to five lanes, two travel lanes in each direction and a center turn lane. The project includes replacement of culvert at Willow Creek, a traffic signal at 178th Avenue/Cambray Street, continuous bicycle and pedestrian facilities, storm drainage upgrades, street lighting, sound walls and landscaping. This is the third phase of improvements to Walker Road. As of May 10, 2022, construction is tentatively expected to begin in January 2023 and be completed in December 2025.
