The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation for the Beaverton School District through Master Contract(s) coming forward from this solicitation. The District is seeking to establish Master Contract(s) with one or more qualified Contractors for the provision of Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation Services on an as needed basis throughout all District facilities All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be directed ONLY IN WRITING by email to: contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us referencing this solicitation number. PROPOSALS MUST BE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SOLICITATION. THE DISTRICT MAY REJECT ANY PROPOSAL NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACT PERIOD/EXTENSION: a. Selected Proposer(s) will be issued a Contract effective upon full execution, through June 30, 2023. b. Should the District elect to extend the Contract for an additional one (1) year term, the District will send correspondence to the Contractor on or about two (2) months prior to Contract End Date for each consecutive contract period. c. The District may elect to extend the Contract for a total of five (5) additional one-year terms. In no event will the contract be extended beyond June 30, 2028. d. The Supplier's Pricing and Rates must remain firm through June 30, 2023 and through June 30 of each contract period, if/when extended.
