Site work, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of June 26, 2020, the bid results have been posted. As the General Contractor/Construction Manager, Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. on behalf of Missoula County, will be accepting pricing for the Missoula County Elections Center Phase 2 Project. Phase 1 included temporary improvements to the facility to make it functional for use in the June primary elections. Phase 3 will most likely be release in Spring/Summer 2021 Work includes renovations to the existing Elections Center warehouse building and site work.
