Site work and paving for a civil project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
IFB NO. 20007-FY22-10 The Royal Street SE Storm Drainage Improvements project will mitigate localized flooding of residential buildings along the north side of the street to the east of Harrison Street. Project construction is scheduled for the fall of 2021. The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (Town) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the Royal Street SE Storm Drainage Improvements project. The Bidder shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to installation of storm drainage, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, minor grading, and all incidentals related thereto to complete all of the construction work as shown on the attached plans and specifications. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to CapitalBidQuestions@leesburgva.gov until but no later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Work includes excavation, storm drainage, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, minor grading, and all incidentals related thereto. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
