The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering (AE) team with specific experience in the design, preparation of construction documents and construction administration of Courts/Criminal Justice facilities and historic masonry structures for the Loudoun County Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure (DTCI). The Courts Complex Phase IV project includes the renovation of approximately 78,500 square feet (SF) of space in two (2) buildings, the existing courthouse, and the historic Valley Bank Building.
