King Township Parks Depot - removal of front component of the facility and construction of a 4,500 sq ft facility including 2 office spaces, kitchenette/lunchroom, 3 washrooms, 2 change rooms and any required mechanical spaces & storage spaces. 2. Nobleton Tennis Club House - Construction of a 1,500 sq ft club house including small office space, kitchenette, 2 unisex washrooms & storage space. TIMELINE: The KIng Twp Parks Depot project has been cancelled due to budget issues. The Nobleton Tennis Club tender was issued in 2021. Tender for the Pottageville Pavilion and King Heritage and Cultural Centre Renovations was tendered under a separate report, a single bid was received Construction Solutions ASI Inc., award is pending. Coverage has been discontinued.
