This project consists of access road public safety enhancements and improvements at eastern approach of the JFK bridge including pavement rehab, widening, illumination/lighting, new markings and signage. This project includes funding to design, environmental permitting and construction of a parking lot under the TXDOT JFK Bridge. The project is included in the City's 2026-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 15, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
