The Contractor shall provide contract services for St. Andrews Park Restore Shade Structure. Contractor shall have enough competent, responsible, trained personnel qualified to provide the required services. The Contractor submitting the quote will be required to meet the Citys Insurance Requirements prior to executing the work. . All work shall be in accordance with general requirements listed on plans. See attached design plans. 2. Contractor is responsible for obtaining City Permit prior to work commencing. 3. Contractor responsible for acquiring windstorm inspection and certification. 4. West side columns: Two (2) Columns are to be removed. Reference plans for location. a. Dowel reinforcements are to be grinded down to a minimum of 1/4 " below existing concrete. b. Bonding agent and non-shrink mortar will be applied to the base of these columns. 5. New wood structure shall be constructed per design plans. 6. Contractor shall utilize pressure treated lumber for new roof structure. 7. Construction per new framing plan. Includes decorative cuts were specified. 8. Contractor to determine bolt size to be utilized for stringers. Existing anchor holes shall be utilized. 9. Joists and runners to be installed per design plans. 10.All connection plates, bolts, screws, and other steel accessories shall be 316 stainless, unless noted otherwise. 11.Provide new stainless steel plate cover at existing electrical outlet on column. Reference plans for location. 12.Contractor responsible for always maintaining construction supervision while construction is on-going. 13.Safety measures must be put in place. 14.Contractor shall keep construction site orderly and neat daily. Site must be kept safe from public harm or injuries from occurring. 15.All construction debris must be properly and legally disposed of. 16.Contractor will provide safety measures around the job site. This includes but not limited to safety fencing, construction cones, barricades, temporary fencing, etc
