Site work for a water / sewer project in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder is required to submit a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Act, as amended, shall apply to this project. This project consist of but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the storm sewer system, removal and replacement of the existing inlets, installation of a new end wall, installation of rip rap apron, grading, seeding, stabilization, tree removal, installation and removal of erosion sediment controls, removal and replacement curbing, sidewalk, driveway aprons, mail boxes milling and pavement restoration.
