This acquisition will be unrestricted, an Invitation for Bid, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description/Scope: Construct a 235,367 GSF Cyber Instructional Facility which includes a standard design secret level automation-aided instructional area, consisting of classrooms, instructional labs, instructor offices, conference/counseling rooms, administrative spaces, separate student and staff break areas, student records storage, Research Center, central storage, computer maintenance area, secure building information systems, fire detection, protection and alarm systems. Description: The SCI Mission Command, University Registrar, Force Modernization, and Proponency is part of a new training campus for the Cyber Center of Excellence, within the existing Fort Gordon installation. The new facility is a standard design SCI-level automation-aided instructional area for students and full-time employees. It is designed to a minimum life of 40 years, and incorporates sustainable design practices, resiliency, and will be silver LEED for New Construction v4 Silver certified, as defined by the DD Form 1391. The building gross square footage is 235,174 square feet (SF), and contains the following distinct functional elements: Academic and Research - consisting of 28 unclassified acoustically treated classrooms, 40 computer labs, instructional support space, a resource center, and shared amenity spaces. Administrative - consisting of command offices, conference and huddle rooms, open office workstations, and a spaces for information management (G6) activities. Construction for secure areas, as noted on the Drawings, and secure area material and components, shall comply with UFC 4-010-05 and IC Tech Specs for ICD /ICS 705 and will fully meet and pass all accreditation. Period of Performance: 1080 Calendar Days Pursuant to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) 236.204, the magnitude for this project is between $100M and $250M Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures.
