This tender guarantee must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model of the bid bond reproduced in appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in appendix 4.01 B of the Submission Form. Maintenance The tender guarantee must be valid for the entire period of validity of the Submissions.
