Submissions received by facsimile, email or otherwise will not be considered. Bidders should pay particular attention to the documents they must include with their bid , as required in the quote. The City of Montmagny does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the submitted bids. It disclaims any responsibility for the costs incurred by the tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever.
