Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of the streambank near Interceptor No. 7 in the Fernway Development where erosion has exposed an existing sanitary sewer, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest ofthe Township. Question Deadline 09/21/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the Clarifications feature within PennBid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
