Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the site grading, milling, paving, line striping, sidewalk installation and lighting for the parking lot improvements, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/23/2023 4:00 PM Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within electronically. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
