CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/9/2023 4:00 PM Questions concerning the attached Contract Documents may be submit via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contract: Contract No. 23-06 - Crack Sealing 2023 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation required to complete 180,000 lineal feet of Crack Sealing and incidental work on various roadways, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. Bidders must also provide evidence of PENNDOT prequalification in all aspects of the work. Invitation, preparation, submittals, bidding requirements, all materials furnished, and all work performed shall conform to the current specifications of PENNDOT Form 408, current edition and specified bulletins. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
