Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for paving for a 100-space sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Plans call for upgrades and improvements to a train station, 100 additional parking spaces, stormwater management improvements to prevent flooding on Culvert Street, lighting and safety upgrades, a pedestrian walkway, Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility and repaving on Maple Avenue. The costs of this project will not be released in advance of the bid (in order to protect the competitive nature of the bid.) As of October 14, 2020, Design for parking/drainage/ADA improvements has been well underway. The owner is working with Amtrak on contractual issues. The owner does not have an anticipated bid date/schedule at this time.
