Site work and paving for a road / highway in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving project specifications to five (5) different alternates are included in the Bid Package. The Township reserves the right to pick any one (1) of the five (5) alternates. PA prevailing wages apply. All work and materials must meet current PENNDOT specs. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per day. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total highest alternate bid and drawn to the order of West Sadsbury Township. 100 percent each Performance & Payment Bonds are required as well as a Certificate of Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance once awarded. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award the bid in the best interest of the Township.
