The project involves extending the existing sanitary sewer beginning on Garfield Avenue in North Manheim Township to W 2nd Mountain Road and associated connecting streets including, but not limited to, approximately 4,830 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 35 EA of 4-foot diameter precast concrete manholes, wyes, laterals, cleanouts, utility coordinate, traffic control and associated site restoration. The Question Cut-off date was changed to October 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing via PennBid's "Clarification" feature. If the award is delayed by an approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, the Owner shall reject all bids or award the Contract to the lowest responsible Bidder within one-hundred twenty (120) days of the date of bid opening. Thirty (30) day extensions of the date for the award may be made by the mutual written consent of the Owner and the lowest responsible Bidder. The above invitation to Bidders is made for the benefit of North Manheim Township Authority and no rights shall be deemed to accrue to any person making a bid by reason of the submission of any bid hereunder or by waiver or non-enforcement of any provision of requirement of this invitation.
