Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cass Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Cass Township 2023 Road Program will consist of full depth roadway restoration along a section of Schaeffer Hill Road. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. Bidders are not required to bid on both the Base Bid and Alternate 1. Only either base bid or the alternate will be selected A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of CASS TOWNSHIP, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding Question Deadline 09/18/2023 at 11:00 AM ET Questions must be submitted, via online 31384.00, Task 5
