**As of August 20, This project has been awarded to Martin Paving Inc., with the awarded amount of $94,861.35.** The project includes milling, asphalt patching, seal coat, curb, line painting and other roadway improvements along Keystone Boulevard in Cass and Foster Township. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Highbridge Improvement District Authority (HIDA), negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Pennsylvania Wage Rates apply for the project. PA Prevailing wages will apply to this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all items or portions thereof or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Owner.
