Sealed Bids for the Airport Road Improvements Project in Foster Township The project will consist of roadway reconstruction or reclamation, guiderail replacement, line painting and minor drainage improvements. Proposed work will be performed on Airport Road from its intersection with SR 901 to the Schuylkill County Airport. The items of work are identified more specifically in the project specifications. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) contractor. A fee of $25 for postage and handling will be charged to bidders wishing to receive the documents by mail.
