Description

Renovation of a museum in Fillmore, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Project Description: We will be performing an extensive remodel of the Territorial Statehouse POD. Work will include but not be limited to: refurbishing spalling concrete and masonry, repair underground mechanical tunnel, renovate interior restrooms to meet ADA requirements, add showers and additional restrooms, improve mechanical systems, replace exterior doors, and upgrade interior finishes. The Base Bid will include all work as outlined in the Plans and Specs as part of the Base Bid.
