York Region currently has Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) installed at 98 facilities. These systems must be maintained for their useable life. The purpose of this Contract is to provide service for all the non-proprietary components of Honeywell EBI Security Systems on an as-required basis. The Region reserves the right to add or delete sites in accordance with its requirements based on its sole discretion. Contractor shall provide all labour and materials unless otherwise specified in order to maintain the existing Honeywell EBI Security Systems on an as required basis. The Work includes but is not limited to: - Troubleshoot and repair system problems, - Repair or remove and replace defective parts and equipment, - Install new systems, - Test and verify system operation and - Provide a service report.
