The Naples Airport Authority is seeking sealed bids for the North GA Ramp Rehabilitation Project. This includes pavement removal, clearing and grubbing, erosion controls, earthwork, base course, asphalt paving, drainage pipe and structures, airfield edge lighting and signage, airfield electrical, marking and striping, sodding and ancillary and incidental activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Questions may be submitted until 5:00 pm, Friday, July 24, 2020 to Sue Finney @ sfinney@avconinc.com as a Microsoft Word document. No questions will be accepted after that time. Bidders shall not contact Naples Airport Authority Employees, Agents, City of Naples Elected Officials, or the Engineer to discuss the project. Answers to all questions will be compiled into an addendum on Monday, July 27, 2020. A bid bond or certified cashiers check payable to the Naples Airport Authority, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must be enclosed with the bid. The NAA assumes no responsibility for bids received after the bid submittal time or at any location other than that specified, no matter what the reason. Late bids will not be opened and will not be considered for award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. All bidders are advised that while the project may not have federal or state funds, some typical Federal mandatory provisions will apply to the contract.
