This project is bidding to a list of prequalified contractors for each bid package. Plans/specs are only being provided to the pre-qualified subcontractors. A link with Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be sent to prequalified bidders by the CMAR. The City provides equal opportunity and encourages small business participation in contracts. The Minority and Small Business Enterprise (M/SBE) Established Goal for this project has been set at 9%. For questions concerning M/SBE participation on this project, or to obtain copies of the CBI policy, call 704-336-4138 Owner complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide Bidding Documents in alternative format upon a 72-hour written request. Therefore, all companies (i.e. General Contractors, Electrical Subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, etc.) interested in Bidding on this Project must complete and submit an Information Security Agreement. If your firm has submitted this form within the past five years, there is no need to resubmit.
