Rebuild and Renovation Flintco is requesting Bid Proposals for subcontractor work related to the CoA Fire Station 22/EMS 12 . The Work of this Contract includes requirements to achieve LEED Silver certification AFD Station 22/EMS 12 - Includes demolition an replacement of the entire Fire/EMS Station. The proposals being requested are for temporary storm water pollution, maintenance & access, final clean, demolition, concrete (turn key), polish concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, waterproofing, spray insulation, metal panels, roofing, glass & glazing, overhead & folding doors, doors & frames, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, specialties, signage, canopies, flagpoles, vehicle exhaust, food service equipment, blinds, elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical & fire alarm, earthwork, drilled piers, site concrete, paving specialties, fencing, landscaping, and utilities packages. The work of this contract comprises of an new fire and EMS station to replace an existing facility. This will be a ground up facility for two fire apparatus and an EMS vehicle and all the support facilities for fourteen fire fighters and emergency medical technicians.
