The estimated project budget is in the range of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the Owner as obligee and duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid price including base bid(s) and alternate(s). Installation of wall insulation at exterior walls at den and laundry room areas. Interior and exterior finishes to be patched, textured and painted. NOTE: Lead abatement of ceramic tile by certified personnel followed by Lead Clearance report shall be obtained prior to receiving notice to proceed for any other renovation work.
