Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The project consists of interior renovations to support a new NEXUS Laser lab. The lab will be located in an expanded footprint of 036 in the lower level of Celeste on The Ohio State University Columbus campus. The lab space will be cleanroom ISO 7 classification. Relocation of an existing Reactor Lab and demolition of existing mechanical equipment. New mechanical room and renovations to existing mechanical room, and creation of new Reactor Lab space. EDGE Participation Goal: 5% of contract The Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 169 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed.
