This project is the bridge replacement on PA 36 over Mill Run near the intersection of 31st Street and resurfacing on PA 36 from SR 1009 (Frankstown Road) to SR 4005 (Mill Run Road), on Beale Avenue from 24th Street to Union Avenue, and on Union Avenue from Beale Avenue to PA 36 in City of Altoona and Logan Township, Blair County.
