Caustic system improvements including construction of a new concrete containment structure, CMU building, bulk tanks, day tank, chemical pumps, piping, and appurtenances Lake Palestine WTP Improvements: 1. Fluoride system improvements including construction of a new concrete containmentstructure, CMU building, bulk tank, day tank, chemical pumps, piping, and appurtenances. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through electronically.
