Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oyster Bay, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Professional Services The Town of Oyster Bay, in order to further our environmental goals and to provide a service to those residents who utilize electric vehicles (EV) seeks to install EV charging stations so that residents may charge their vehicles while enjoying our first-class recreational facilities. For purposes of evaluation, responding vendors shall base their methodology and cost structure for the installation, operation and maintenance of Level 2 EV charging stations to accommodate four (4) vehicles at each of the following facilities 1. John Burns Park, 4990 Merrick Rd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 2. Syosset Woodbury Community Park, 7800 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury, NY 11797 3. Bethpage Community Park, 1001 Stewart Ave, Bethpage, NY 11714 4. Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park and Beach, West End Avenue, Oyster Bay, NY 11771 5. Marjorie Post Community Park, Unqua and Merrick Roads, Massapequa, NY 11758 Subsequent to the award of this contract the Town and the selected vendor may elect to modify the EV charging station quantities at these facilities, as well as pursue the potential for installation of Level 2 EV charging stations at the following locations: TOBAY Beach, Ocean Parkway, Massapequa NY 11758 Ellsworth W. Allen Town Park, 45 Motor Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735 Philip B. Healey Beach at Florence Avenue Park, Forest Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758 Plainedge Park, 313 N Idaho Avenue, North Massapequa, NY 11758 Charles E. Ransom Beach, Bayville Avenue, Bayville, NY 11709 Centre Island Beach, Bayville Avenue, Bayville, NY 11709 Hicksville Athletic Center, 167 S Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801
