Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals related to the installation of a new pressure reducing vault to connect the 24" Lemmon Valley main to the 8" Nectar St. main. Work to include excavation, dewatering, mechanical piping installation, precast concrete vault installation and asphalt repair. Range for Engineers Estimate: $90,360 - $110,440 Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. Bids will be accepted from only those Bidders in attendance at the meeting and site visit. No Exceptions made. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. Question Cutoff Date: 11/7/2019 08:00 PM (ET)
