Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing sound system in the large gym and provide and install new sound system. Work shall include two (2) electrical circuits from the existing panel for the system. Engineer/Architect Estimate $120,000.00 Total $138,000.00 Question Deadline: Wed 12/06/2023 04:30 PM* All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSD's Solicitations website at electronically or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance of a "Notice to Proceed". Work shall be completed on or before June 1, 2024. Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. The right is reserved by WCSD to reject any and all bids or accept the bid, which is deemed by WCSD to be in the best interest of the school district. WCSD also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted bids. Project no 525-EL-0039
