Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kittitas, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Construct East 1st Avenue Improvements. This Contract provides for the reconstruction of approximately 720 LF of East 1st Street, from the Main Street to Clark Street, and approximately 930 LF of Parke Creek Road, from Clark Street to the Caribou Creek bridge crossing. The work includes, but is not limited to, pulverizing the existing pavement, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement treated base, hot mix asphalt, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control, miscellaneous surface restoration, and other work all. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Kittitas and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. The Work shall be substantially complete within 55 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The City of Kittitas expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City of Kittitas.
